Who is responsible

What we collect and why

• Bookings: name, e-mail, phone, country, dates, number of guests and your requests, to manage your stay and fulfil our legal obligations (including guest registration required by Italian law).
• Contact form: your name, e-mail, phone and message, to answer you.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Statistics: Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of each page.

Who receives your data

Our hosting provider (Infomaniak, Switzerland), Stripe for payments, and Google only if you accept statistics cookies. Booking.com only receives the dates that are no longer available, never your personal data.

How long we keep it

Booking data is kept as long as required by accounting and tax law. Contact messages are deleted once they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to lorenzo.kes@hotmail.it. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
